Experts recap April and provide outlooks through August for the U.S.

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's April U.S. and global climate analyses, as well as the latest seasonal outlooks for temperature and precipitation through August. In addition, an expert will discuss the recent record precipitation and flooding in the mid-Mississippi River Valley.
